Important As a custom product, we get all of our information from you! After purchasing your family tree, you will receive an email at the email address provided that will instruct you on how to upload names, photos, and relations for us to make your custom family tree. There is no time limit to sharing this information, however we do not provide refunds in cases where the customer did not share their family history with us. Manufacturing time after receiving all of the information required is 1-2 weeks.

We currently only provide family trees digitally, however they will be print quality and you will be able to get them printed at your local print store in whatever size you'd like.
